Sometimes you have to see it in Black and White

This timepiece comes from Tag Heuer’s Formula 1 line. It features a highly monochromatic colour scheme for the woman unafraid of a little black and white thinking where keeping appointments is concerned. After all, time waits for no man, and though most men will wait for any woman, time doesn’t wait for her either.

The housing is made of stainless steel. The bracelet is made with stainless steel links accented by black ceramic links. The watch dial is also an elegant black offering strong contrast with the luminous hands and markings. And because it’s a shame to be on time on the wrong day, at the 3 o’clock position, a date counter is positioned.

If the no nonsense appearance has you fooled into perceiving this as a simple uni-sex arrangement, the bezel is ringed with Wesselton diamonds, a lovely touch for the romantic who observes time as her enemy. Her enemy is surrounded by her best friends.

Another surprising feature of this watch is hinted at by the faint minute markings on the bezel. While the watch is wholly unsuited for diving, it is rated resistant to 200m. This means it will most certainly stand up to a little moisture, and is suitable for swimming or yachting. But again, it is not suitable for diving, which is almost a shame. There is something attractive about knowing on any dive you will return with treasure.
