Golf champion Suzann Pettersen wearing TAG Heuer Diamond Link Chronograph

There’s a new female TAG Heuer ambassador in town, Suzann Pettersen, who is the golf champion for Norway.  Pettersen is the second woman to join the honored team, next to tennis star Maria Sharipova.

Other TAG Heuer ambassadors are men, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tiger Woods, Lewis Hamilton, the late Steve McQueen, Jack Heuer, Jenson Button, Karun Chandhok and a new inductee from India, Shah Rukh Khan.

Pettersen, who is only 29 years old, holds the No. 2 spot of a professional golf player in the world and won the CN Canadian Women’s Open in 2009.  Her representation will bring the image of excellence in sportsmanship along with a sophisticated style, which are qualities TAG Heuer desires of its brand representatives.

In 2008 the Norwegian division of TAG Heuer featured Pettersen in their campaign advertisements in Norway.  Since the steady decline of Tiger Wood’s career, the choice of Pettersen could not have come at a better time.  Right now she will be wearing TAG Heuer’s beautiful diamond laden Link Chronograph for women in current advertisements.  Another watch that will be featured is the TAG Heuer Lady Aquaracer, a favorite timepiece for Ms. Pettersen, who has admired the brand for quite some time.
