The CAJ2110.BA0887 TAG Heuer Aquaracer 500M Automatic Chronograph Men’s Watch is part of the latest additions to the Aquaracer line, and was recently debuted at the Basel Fair in Switzerland.  A stunning diving watch not yet available to the public, the watch will undoubtedly be a popular item when it is released in October of 2010.

The TAG Heuer Aquaracer 500M Automatic Chronograph does a fantastic job of combining the racing features of a chronograph with the solid performance of a diving watch.  Water resistant to 500 meters, this timepiece features three chronograph subdials: the hour is measured at 6 o’clock, the minute is measured at 12 o’clock, and running seconds are measured at 9 o’clock.  At 3 o’clock there is a magnified date window.  All of these features are set in a black dial that features vertical streaks for decoration.  All the hands have a polished finish, and the hands and indexes are luminescent.

The Aquaracer 500M Automatic Chronograph has a unidirectional bezel that has polished studs and a luminescent marker at 12 o’clock.  The stainless steel crown and bezel have a black touch coating.  There is an automatic helium valve located at the 10 o’clock position.  The crystal is made from scratch-resistant sapphire and is treated internally with anti-reflective coating.
